What You'll Do:
- Complete oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance with speed and precision
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly - spot issues before they become problems
- Keep accurate service records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Communicate clearly with advisors and customers about recommended repairs
- Stay on top of the latest tools and tech in automotive repair
- Deliver top-tier service that keeps our customers coming back
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in automotive repair
- ASE certifications or OEM training? Even better (but not required!)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- A team player who takes pride in every job
- Solid knowledge of shop equipment: alignment, tire machines, AC systems, etc.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
