Starting Range of Pay: $73,074.-$176,252.
Schedule: May include days, evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they arrive in the service lane, listen to their concerns, and assess their service needs.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and consult service records to identify maintenance needs and recommend appropriate services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer preferences.
- Explain recommended services to customers, including the importance of maintenance tasks and any potential safety or performance benefits.
- Identify opportunities for additional services, such as fluid flushes, tire rotations, or filter replacements, based on vehicle condition and maintenance history.
- Keep customers informed of service progress, delays, or additional recommendations throughout the service process.
- Work closely with service technicians, service managers, and other team members to ensure smooth service operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Team oriented
- Professional personal appearance
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in fast-paced work environment
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Pre-employment background check, pre-employment drug test and driving record check will be required
