- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hybrid, and electronic vehicle systems.
- Perform repairs according to Toyota factory standards and procedures.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair recommendations.
- Troubleshoot advanced drivability, electrical, and performance concerns.
- Mentor and support fellow technicians when needed.
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Deliver exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction on every repair.
- Toyota Master Technician certification preferred or equivalent master-level diagnostic experience.
- ASE Master Certification is a plus.
- Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with Toyota factory diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
