- Perform vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs
- Diagnose and repair Subaru mechanical and electrical systems
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining manufacturer standards
- Perform routine maintenance and major engine repairs
- Maintain accurate repair documentation
- Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Stay current on Subaru technology, diagnostics, and repair procedures
- Previous experience as a Subaru technician or strong import dealership experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Subaru Select Monitor (SSM) preferred
- ASE Certifications are a plus (we'll help you maintain them)
- Commitment to quality workmanship and fixing vehicles right the first time
- Team-oriented attitude with excellent work ethic
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
