- Lead, coach, train, and develop Starbucks associates in alignment with Starbucks and company standards.
- Create effective schedules to support peak business periods, productivity, and service expectations.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and accountability.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safety‑focused work environment.
- Oversee daily café operations, including beverage preparation, food service, order accuracy, and customer flow.
- Ensure compliance with Starbucks recipes, quality standards, merchandising, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain café cleanliness, organization, and equipment readiness at all times.
- Ensure proper execution of open, close, and shift change procedures.
- Deliver an exceptional Starbucks customer experience through connection, speed, and accuracy.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
- Proficient with point‑of‑sale systems, scheduling tools, and inventory systems.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous Starbucks, café, food service, or retail management experience preferred.
