Key Responsibilities
Department Operations & Freshness
- Support daily produce operations including ordering, stocking, rotation, and culling
- Ensure fresh, high‑quality fruits and vegetables are displayed according to company standards
- Assist with inventory control, backroom organization, and shrink reduction
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floor and prep areas
- Help execute planograms, displays, promotions, and seasonal sets
- Ensure produce tables and wet rack areas are full, rotated, and visually appealing
- Monitor sales trends and assist with ordering adjustments to meet customer demand
- Model and promote excellent customer service
- Assist customers with product questions, selections, and special requests
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with training, coaching, and developing produce associates
- Support daily work assignments and labor deployment
- Provide ongoing feedback, recognition, and corrective coaching as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous produce, grocery, or retail leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of produce handling, food safety, and merchandising standards

- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
