Your Responsibilities- Lead and develop a successful sales team
- Manage daily sales operations and performance goals
- Desking deals, assisting with sales processes, and supporting staff
- Work closely with finance to ensure smooth deal flow
- Maintain a positive, customer-first sales culture
- Help create and implement sales strategies for Car Country Aurora
