- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette
- Operate multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and relay messages promptly
- Oversee office management tasks including filing, data entry, proofreading, and maintaining organized records
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for document creation, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence
- Support customer service efforts by providing timely assistance and support to clients and internal teams
- Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events with attention to detail
- Perform clerical duties such as typing reports, organizing files, managing invoices using QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software
- Assist with office supply inventory management and ensure a clean, professional work environment
- Provide administrative support including proofing documents, managing email correspondence, and supporting team projects
Experience
- Proven experience or background with problem solving and project leadership
- Familiarity with office management software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of bookkeeping or is beneficial for supporting financial record keeping, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
