What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist PART TIME position at TOM SCOTT HONDA?
We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, detail-oriented, customer service driven individual for this part time cashier/receptionist position.
Applicants must be able to multi-task, be self-motivated, and have a great attitude!
Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet and assist customer in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering all incoming phone calls
- Cashier for Parts and Service customers
- Process Sales department customer payments and refunds
- Balance till
- Scan
- Various tasks for the Sales department
Qualifications:
- MUST be able to multi-task
- Previous experience in cash handling is preferred
- Always maintain a professional and positive attitude
- Ability to ask questions and work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be focused on providing a great customer service experience
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dependability through good attendance and timeliness
Hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday 2:30pm – 8:00pm (27.5 hours)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
