What are the responsibilities and job description for the RV ORIENTION SPECIALIST position at Tom Schaeffer's Camping and Travel Center Inc.?
The Orientation Specialist handles all RV orientation walk-throughs and assist new owners with additional accessories to enhance their camping experience.
Responsilbilties
- Work closely with the Parts and Service managers with scheduling of sold RV's for final delivery
- Take the owners on a final tour of RV by demonstrating the use of equipment & components
- Recommend RV accessories that will enhance the customer's RVing experience
- Check to make sure RV is setup and ready for customer's demostration
- Attend all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required
- Continue to learn about product updates, features, and accessories to better assist the customer needs
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealership's standards of productivity and desvise a strategy to meet those goals
- Maintain an Excellent CSI [Customer Satisfaction Index]
