Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately
- Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks as required for complex plumbing installations
- Conduct remodeling and renovation work involving plumbing components
- Use heavy lifting techniques safely to move materials and equipment on-site
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with plumbing, HVAC, and related systems
- Follow construction plans and schematics to ensure precise installation of piping and fixtures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members on construction site projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction plumbing, site work, or related trades
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC components, and remodeling processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret schematics and technical instructions
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various construction environments
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations
- Construction site experience is preferred; familiarity with carpentry or maintenance person work is a plus
- Valid driver’s license for commercial driving or site access as needed
