Restaurant Team Member -- Tom's Deli

Pay: $12 - $17/hr tip pool

Job Summary

At Tom’s Deli, we serve fresh, house-made food, including our famous potato salad and freshly sliced deli sandwiches. A St. George tradition since 1978, we’re proud of our loyal customers and welcoming, energetic team. Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients by cutting, chopping, peeling, measuring, and weighing
• Follow recipes and food safety standards
• Operate POS systems and accurately process cash transactions
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs
• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
• Work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality

Qualifications:

• Basic food preparation and kitchen knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Basic math skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and follow direction
• Culinary or restaurant experience preferred
