Cabinet Finisher/Sprayer
Required:
- PRIOR WOOD FINISHING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
- PRIOR SPRAY GUN EXPERIENCE & EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED.
- Attention to detail and quality of work produced.
- Must multi-task and work as a team
- Ability to learn to spray to a color/quality standard.
- Ability to work in an organized manner to ensure the task is completed efficiently, to the correct standard, and in the necessary time frame.
- Ability to work independently if needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Working knowledge of paint equipment and application.
- Have the ability to determine paint flow, viscosity, and coating quality by performing a visual inspection.
- Maintain equipment to ensure they are operating efficiently.
- Minimize waste of raw materials as well as work in a clean and tidy manner.
- Must be self-motivated with an eye for detail and steady hand-to-eye coordination.

We are a well-established custom cabinet company looking for a full-time cabinet finisher. This position be responsible for finishing a variety of cabinet parts and components. The finisher/sprayer will also set up, operate, and maintain spray guns/machines, as well as prepping, staining, and any finish work needed.
