What are the responsibilities and job description for the Basement Waterproofing Laborer & Laborer with CDL A position at TOM'S BASEMENT WATERPROOFING?
Prior waterproofing and foundation construction experience is required; a minimum of three (3) years is required. This is a labor-intensive job. The duties include, but are not limited to heavy lifting, digging, and back-filling, job site clean-up, general construction, concrete finishing, and driving.
We are looking for someone that is responsible, driven, works well with others, and can work in a fast-paced environment. Someone that can think critically and problem-solve with knowledge about foundations and the ABILITY to learn specifics. Must be flexible.
Must be punctual, reliable, hardworking, follow directions, have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license (a CDL A is preferred), and a good driving record.
Pay is based on experience and capability. We offer competitive pay and a benefits package for full-time employees that include health, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days of employment and a 401(k) plan with employer match.
