Lead Plumber
Rostron Premium Home Services — Servicing Monmouth & Ocean Counties
Rostron Premium Home Services is looking for an experienced Lead Plumber to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a skilled plumber who is comfortable running service calls independently, diagnosing plumbing issues, communicating with customers, and helping our installation team when needed.
We work throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties and the Jersey Shore, handling residential plumbing, water heaters, tankless systems, boilers, pumps, filtration, and more.
What You'll Do
- Run residential and light commercial plumbing service calls using Service Titan.
- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of plumbing issues
- Install and replace water heaters, tankless water heaters, pumps, filtration systems, fixtures, and plumbing equipment
- Assist with larger plumbing installations and HVAC-related projects
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain repair options
- Maintain a clean, organized work truck and area.
- Follow plumbing codes, company standards, and proper installation procedures
- Help mentor and support other members of the plumbing team
- Complete service paperwork and job documentation - Using Service Titan.
Qualifications
- Several years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions in the field
- Experience with water heaters and tankless systems
- Experience with residential plumbing installations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Own basic hand tools
- Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills
- NJ plumbing license is a plus
Boiler Knowledge Is a Plus
Experience with boilers, hydronic heating, radiant heat, multiple zones, circulator pumps, and related plumbing systems is highly valued. A plumber with strong boiler knowledge can play an important role in both our plumbing and heating work.
