Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves cleaning residential and light commercial HVAC duct systems while delivering a premium customer experience on every job.
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional air duct and dryer vent cleaning services
- Set up and operate duct cleaning equipment and tools
- Inspect duct systems and identify cleanliness or efficiency issues
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and respect customers’ homes
- Educate customers on indoor air quality and system maintenance
- Document work performed and communicate findings with customers and team
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years of HVAC or duct cleaning experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces, basements)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle physical work

Pay: $25.13 - $40.00 per hour
