- Set up and operate CNC turret punch press machines to produce parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
- Load raw materials and ensure proper machine alignment and setup
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC turret punch press machines
- Strong understanding of CNC machine setup and operation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with basic machine shop equipment and tools
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes
- Proficiency with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, etc.)
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Experience with CNC programming or editing programs
- Familiarity with tooling setup and maintenance
