What are the responsibilities and job description for the Software Implementation Success Champion position at Tom McLeod Software Corporation?
The Customer Implementation Success Champion will join the project team and play a fundamental role in ensuring that our customers achieve a successful McLeod Software go-live before moving to long-term support. In this role, you’ll partner closely with both customers and internal implementation teams to drive adoption, reduce risk and provide proactive support for long-term customer success and relationship management.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as customer advocate during implementation, providing support and issue resolution
- Partner with customers to drive software adoption, providing guidance and training
- Collaborate with implementation teams to identify gaps, and keep projects on track
- Participate in customer meetings, providing recommendations and progress reports

Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced with EDI, FSS, Mobile Communications, etc.
- Experience working on implementation/integration projects.
- Experience with McLeod Software products in a support or training capacity (preferred)
- Transportation industry knowledge/experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Previous experience with McLeod Software or similar software platforms (preferred)
