Schedule & Pay
- Mondays–Fridays 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Pay: $19.00/hour
- Closed on Saturdays and Sundays!

What You’ll Do
As the Receptionist at Tom Kadlec Auto Body, you’ll be more than the first face guests see — you’ll set the tone for the entire experience.
You’ll:
- Welcome every guest with energy, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm
- Confidently guide visitors to the right team members, smoothly deflecting questions when needed
- Keep our team informed of arrivals and ensure seamless communication
- Own the phones and telecommunications system with professionalism and poise
- Jump in to support invoicing, and file organization with accuracy and care
- Coordinate rentals and shuttle rides to keep everything moving efficiently
- Pitch in wherever needed to support team
