Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle arrivals and departures with a positive attitude
- Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles, including manual transmission cars, ensuring proper handling
- Maintain clear communication with service advisors and guests regarding vehicle status and location
- Manage parking lot organization, and space allocation
- Assist with basic vehicle inspections and report any damages or issues promptly
- Support dealership operations by providing excellent guest services and ensuring a clean, organized environment
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission vehicles is a plus
- Familiarity with dealership operations or delivery driver experience is advantageous
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Experience in cashiering, cash handling, or retail math enhances your effectiveness in this role
