JOB TITLE: Women’s Client Advisor
REPORTS TO: General Manager
Job Purpose:
The Women’s Client Advisor responsible for providing exceptional client experience and product knowledge to drive individual and store sales targets and KPI’s for all women categories. Acting as a brand ambassador, the Women’s Client Advisor builds strong and lasting client relationships and upholds the TOM FORD identity and values increasing engagement and client loyalty.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities
- Work closely with Store Leadership to achieve Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales targets for all women’s ready-to-wear, footwear, handbags, and eveningwear
- Generate and manage individual, high-volume sales business and achieve individual sales goals through regular client outreach, consignment, and appointment setting
- Actively manage a strong individual client book, consistently sourcing, recruiting, and developing new clients while deepening relationships with existing ones; tracking and growing spend of existing client network
- Follow-up on client purchases, alterations, deliveries, special orders, client specific requests to ensure the upmost
- Always maintain strong product knowledge of current and past women’s collections
- Provide timely feedback to Store Leadership and Merchandising on client needs, product requests, and collection performance
- Deliver the highest standard of service aligned with Tom Ford’s luxury identity, ensuring every client interaction reflects the brand’s sophistication.
- Exhibit exceptional styling ability with a deep knowledge of Tom Ford womenswear heritage and current collections
- Maintain a strong presence at local cultural, fashion, and social events, positioning Tom Ford women’s wear within the community
- Collaborate with tailoring teams to ensure precise fittings and timely delivery of alterations.
- Maintain a clean, orderly and well-labelled sales floor to maximize sales efficiency, pivot merchandise when needed to accommodate stock levels and prevent damage, especially delicate and high end items.
- Partner with Merchandising team to advise Participate in product training to act as a product expert for clients

Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of women’s retail sales experience required; preferably in a luxury environment
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and initiative
- Strong strategic sales & commercial mindset
- Exceptional client development skills
- Deep knowledge of the women’s luxury industry with a high level of fashion sensitivity
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Ability to excel in a fast paced, high energy and a positive work environment.
- Availability to work during Store hours of operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Must be able to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT and Microsoft Teams, POS and phone systems, cash register and all other office equipment as needed
- Lifting or carrying (pushing/pulling) up to 25 pounds (or more)
- Bending, Stooping, Reaching, Squatting to handle and stock merchandise
- Ability to standing or walk for long periods (4-6 hours)
