Lead HVAC Installer
Location: Frankfort, KY (Branch Location)
Work Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Standard business hours with availability for customer and team needs
Compensation: Competitive wages based on experience Growth potential - $60,000 - $120,000 / Year

What You'll Do
- Perform residential HVAC system installations with precision, professionalism, and a focus on safety
- Remove old systems and install new ones, following installation checklists and HVAC codes.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork
- Train and mentor installation helpers assigned to assist on projects
- Keep customers informed throughout the installation process, ensuring satisfaction and trust
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and safe, organized job sites
- Manage truck inventory and equipment for maximum efficiency
- Promote the Tom Drexler brand and uphold company standards
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Active Journeyman HVAC License
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying weather conditions
Preferred:
- Experience leading or mentoring junior HVAC technicians
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software
