Role Description The Coordinador de Sanidad is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, responsible for overseeing sanitation and food safety standards across the bakery facility. This role coordinates daily cleaning and sanitizing procedures for production areas, equipment, and storage spaces, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The coordinator monitors adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), conducts routine inspections, and maintains detailed sanitation and safety records. Day-to-day responsibilities include training and guiding team members on hygiene protocols, collaborating with production and quality teams to prevent contamination risks, and supporting audits and corrective action plans. The role also helps implement continuous improvements in sanitation processes to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality food manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation practices.
