You will report directly to the Body Shop Manager, Dewayne White, collaborating closely to ensure accurate and timely processing of all body repair tasks. What You’ll Do
- Perform structural and cosmetic repairs on vehicle bodies, including frame straightening, dent repair, and panel replacement.
- Assess damage and determine the appropriate repair techniques and materials needed.
- Use welding, sanding, and painting equipment to restore vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters, estimators, and other team members to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Proven experience as an automotive body technician
- Knowledge of vehicle structural repair, welding, and painting techniques.
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
