What You'll Do
As a Licensed Account Representative, you'll play an important role in growing the agency while providing outstanding service to both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business through referrals, lead follow-up, networking, and relationship-building.
- Educate customers on insurance products and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
- Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to better protect customers and their families.
- Cross-sell additional products to meet customers' evolving insurance needs.
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and general account servicing.

What We're Looking For

- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Previous insurance sales or customer service experience.
