Help Wanted: Flooring Installation Manager
We are a well established Home Improvement Company in Bucks County, Pennsylvania seeking a highly motivated and experienced Flooring Installation Manager to join our growing team. The Flooring Installation Manager will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our flooring department and managing all flooring projects from the estimation process to job completion.
Responsibilities
● Oversee and coordinate all flooring installations in both residential and commercial settings.
● Hire and manage subcontractor installation crews and office personnel.
● Visit jobsites to ensure proper installation procedures and techniques.
● Prepare project estimates and proposals.
● Troubleshoot all installation and product issues.
● Manage and control inventory.
● Meet with Manufacturer Representatives to research new products.
● Collaborate with our Sales Team and participate in monthly meetings.
Qualifications
● Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Flooring Installation
● Ability to read construction blue prints
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Skills
● Familiarity with RFMS Estimating Software.
● Extensive knowledge of the installation procedures for all types of flooring including carpet, ceramic tile, hardwood, laminate and vinyl plank.
● Proficiency in using computer based business applications including Google Drive, Gmail, Microsoft Word and Excel.
