PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations
- Daily operational management of two F&B outlets located at the amenity center waterparks with additional operations in community events.
- Promote a courteous, friendly, and welcoming experience with the residents of Nocatee.
- Supervision of 75 employees in season, and 10 employees off-season. Including daily schedule management of the Florida Department of Labor's child labor laws for minors.
- Product control including COGS analysis, monthly inventory counts, and product performance evaluations.
- Purchasing, receiving, and vendor relations.
- Administration of, and competency in all computer systems utilized in the F&B department.
- Maintain all food production areas, dining areas, equipment, and CDD assets to the highest level of cleanliness and health code requirements.
- Supervision of staff training for both new initiatives and new hires.
- Maintain and improve the speed of service standards for food and beverage outlets.
- Create new opportunities in Community Events and Resident Activities.
- Oversee and assist in preparation and production for events.
- Excel in organizational and communication skills.
Administration
- Work with the Human Resources Manager to recruit full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees for the food and beverage departments.
- Work with the Human Resources Manager on employee onboarding, separation, and enforcement of policies and procedures.
- Scheduling, as required for restaurant operations.
- Attend weekly CDD manager meetings and communicate with other CDD departments.
- Consistent management and awareness of budgetary guidelines.
- Assist accounting with daily cash reconciliation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Culinary / Cooking experience required
- Bar / Beverage experience required
- College degree, graduate of a culinary arts or hospitality program, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in a management role in a hospitality setting
- Servsafe Manager Certification
- FOH and BOH management experience
- (QSR) Quick Service Restaurant Operations experience

Pay Range: $50,000 to 70,000 Annual Salary
