We are looking for someone who understands that operating equipment on water/wastewater projects is more than moving dirt. The Operator should know:

What are we excavating or installing? What grade, elevation, layout, or markings do I need to follow? Where are the existing utilities? Is the excavation or trench safe? What does the pipe or field crew need from me? Am I operating safely and efficiently? Are there equipment, access, utility, or site conditions that need to be communicated?

This is an opportunity for an experienced Equipment Operator to become a key member of TOLM Group’s water/wastewater construction operations. The right person will have the opportunity to operate a variety of equipment on treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, underground utilities, piping, excavation, grading, and related infrastructure projects while working alongside experienced field teams and continuing to develop their skills as TOLM grows.
