What are the responsibilities and job description for the DELIVERY DRIVER FEDEX position at Tollgate Road Logistics Inc.?
Position Summary:
We are a FedEx Pickup and Delivery contractor servicing Columbia County, NY. You will be FedEx's front line representatives to its customers, responsible for pickups and deliveries of packages along a specific route. Your safety-first focus, strong communication skills, and customer service mindset are essential to our ability to service FedEx customers every day.
Minimum Qualifications / Physical Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid and clean Driver's License (No violations in past year, No more than two moving violations in past 36 months)
- Have at least 4 years of licensed driving experience
- Must be comfortable driving an 18-foot step van on rural roads
- Must be comfortable handling packages weighing up to 150 lbs
- Able to endure extended periods of driving, standing, walking
- Strong communication skills
