POSITION: EMS (Emergency Medical Services Instructor),Adult-Education Adjunct Status, Part-time, as needed

REPORTS TO: Director of Adult Education & EMT Program Director

STARTING DATE: Upon completion of hiring process
JOB SUMMARY: Classroom instruction, demonstrate skills as required, remain current with subject matter and instructional methodology and maintain Ohio EMS credentials.
● Willingness to work with students and colleagues as a team member● Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:● Valid State of Ohio EMT or Paramedic certification● Valid State of Ohio EMS Instructor certification● Valid American Heart Association BLS Instructor certification (preferred)● Valid or ability to obtain Ohio Adult Education Teaching Permit, through The Ohio
Department of Education● History of good job attendance● Valid Ohio Driver's License● Must pass criminal background check after job offer is made
SALARY & CONTRACT: Part-time as needed, $30.00 per hour
