We are seeking a compassionate and autonomous Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to provide high-quality mental health care in skilled nursing facilities across the Greater Richmond area. This role offers a lucrative pay scale, a supportive clinical environment, and no visit cancellations, ensuring consistent patient engagement and provider satisfaction. This is a 1099 (contractor) role requiring ANCC Board certificaton.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments
- Provide psychotherapy, consultations, and medication management
- Collaborate with facility medical providers to ensure integrated care
- Work independently while maintaining clinical collaboration with a group psychiatrist
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and leadership development
