What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and pets warmly, and handle check-in and check-ou
• Answer multi-line phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments
• Update records in our practice management software and process payments
• Handle prescription and food refill requests
• Keep clients informed and work closely with doctors and technicians
• Bring calm and compassion to stressful or emotional visits

What We're Looking For

• Veterinary reception or medical front-desk experience (required)
• Strong hospitality skills and a genuine love of animals and their people
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Empathy and a calm, reassuring presence
• A dependable, positive, team-first attitude
