General Description

We have an opening for a Maintenance Sales Representative at our Colorado Springs, CO branch. This position requires an engaging and outgoing personality the enjoys winning. Candidates are requested to have a minimum of two years outside sales experience. Ideal candidates will also have a background in the HVAC, facility services industries, and/or property management.

Compensation & Benefits:

Average Starting Salary: $60K - $85K Base pending work experience Incentive Plan (paid out as a percentage of sales). Typical 1st year total compensation usually is in the $75K – $85K neighborhood with second year being in the $95k – $135k bracket pending activity and success. Uncapped commissions earning potential.  Minimum Qualifications:

• Over 18 years of age
• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Background in HVAC, facility services industries, and/or property management
• Experience with business-to-business sales preferred
• Knowledge of the business environment in the Denver region
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated track record of rapport building, sales success, and customer satisfaction
• Strong degree of professionalism
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
