General Description
We have an opening for a Maintenance Sales Representative at our Colorado Springs, CO branch. This position requires an engaging and outgoing personality the enjoys winning. Candidates are requested to have a minimum of two years outside sales experience. Ideal candidates will also have a background in the HVAC, facility services industries, and/or property management.
Compensation & Benefits:
Average Starting Salary: $60K - $85K Base pending work experience Incentive Plan (paid out as a percentage of sales). Typical 1st year total compensation usually is in the $75K – $85K neighborhood with second year being in the $95k – $135k bracket pending activity and success. Uncapped commissions earning potential. Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration for any hiring offer. Other benefits include:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Over 18 years of age
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
- Background in HVAC, facility services industries, and/or property management
- Experience with business-to-business sales preferred
- Knowledge of the business environment in the Denver region
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated track record of rapport building, sales success, and customer satisfaction
- Strong degree of professionalism
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
