This role offers a unique opportunity to shape an environment where every pour, every conversation, and every detail matters.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day bar operations across all lounges and bar spaces.
- Serve as a working bartender on slower nights, and manage and work the bar team on busier nights to maintain seamless, high-quality service.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Manage bar prep to ensure consistent product quality, presentation, and readiness before service.
- Collaborate with leadership on menu development, seasonal cocktail features, and beverage programming that reflect the club’s creative culture.
- Monitor and improve service flow, ensuring Members receive polished, attentive, and memorable experiences.
- Drive sales growth through staff training, guest engagement, and creative beverage promotions.
- Train, coach, and support bar staff to uphold high standards of professionalism and hospitality.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of bartending or bar management experience in an upscale or craft-driven hospitality environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktail technique, and bar operations.
- Professional, warm demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability on evenings and weekends is required.
Compensation:
This is a part-time role with a guaranteed weekly base pay, plus tips. Additional incentives may be available based on performance and bar profitability.
