The Catholic Community Foundation – Ohio is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to serve as the organization’s first executive leader and guide the growth of this newly established foundation supporting Catholic ministries across the 19 counties of the Diocese of Toledo.
This is a unique opportunity to help build and shape a mission-driven organization from the ground up. The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, expand donor and endowment opportunities, cultivate major gifts, and oversee operations. Working closely with the Board of Directors, this leader will help grow the Foundation’s impact while building and developing a strong team.
The ideal candidate is a confident, relationship-driven leader with experience in development, major gifts, finance, or nonprofit leadership. Candidates should bring strong communication skills and a commitment to the mission and values of the Catholic Church.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, communications, or a related field
- At least 5 years of senior leadership experience with demonstrated success in development, stewardship, or related areas
- Experience with major gifts, planned giving, or endowment management preferred
