Role Summary
This internship will provide students learning and exposure to Ticket Operations for minor league sports. This position provides support to the Tickets Operations staff by assisting with daily office functions and responding to a high volume of requests and demands on game days and non-game days. This role works evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
This internship will provide students learning and exposure to Ticket Operations for minor league sports. This position provides support to the Tickets Operations staff by assisting with daily office functions and responding to a high volume of requests and demands on game days and non-game days. This role works evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing, printing, and distributing season, group, and single game tickets.
- Assist with renewing, servicing, and retaining accounts by providing exemplary service and responding to customer needs and by resolving ticket purchase errors.
- Assist with reconciling sales and batch reporting daily.
- Keep all records accurate and up to date.
- Manage the Ticket Department general email account.
- Current college student in a Bachelor's Degree program in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, Sports Management, etc.
- Experience in working in a ticket office setting or experience with ProVenue ticketing system preferred.
- A minimum of six months of experience working in tickets.
- This role requires an on-site commitment of 30-35 hours per week.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with an innate sense of urgency and tenacity.
- Ability to communicate in a polite and friendly manner with a wide variety of customers.
- Comfortable with extensive guest contact in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills required, experience with Microsoft Office.
- Frequently travels to the ballpark, arena, and front office to assist in ticketing processing.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity equipment.
- Frequently moves around the office to use office equipment (e.g. Printer, ticketing printer, postage machine, etc.).
- Constant communication with customers, must be able to exchange accurate information.
