With your expertise and dedication, you’ll assist in managing daily tasks, support the pharmacy team, and provide excellent service to our customers. This is a great opportunity to bring your 5 years of experience to a trusted, community-focused pharmacy.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:- Accurately prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking medications and supplies.- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting patients with prescription questions and concerns.- Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and company policies.- Train and mentor junior pharmacy staff to ensure a high standard of performance.- Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.- May work as cashier whenever needed.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you’ll need:- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician.- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, including medication preparation, inventory management, and compliance standards.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.- Certification as a pharmacy technician (preferred but not required unless specified by state regulations).Why Join Toledo Pharmacy?At Toledo Pharmacy, we pride ourselves on being a trusted part of the Union City community.
