The Toledo Mud Hens are looking for candidates to join our Grounds Crew! This is a hands-on role that puts you front and center on game days! This job consists of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Toledo Mud Hens are looking for candidates to join our Grounds Crew! This is a hands-on role that puts you front and center on game days! This job consists of days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Essential Responsibilities
- Repair divots/remove clay chunks from turf.
- Assist in chalking foul lines.
- Clean up and prep mounds for game and sweep off Homeplate mats.
- Assist with watering.
- Keep field free of trash.
- Clean and wash equipment.
- Keep tools organized and clean.
- Ensure gates are closed and nets are tightened.
- Pull tarps on rainy days to protect the field.
- Clean up after postgame activities (ex. fireworks, etc.)
- Other duties are assigned.
Qualifications/Skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Energetic and positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain professionalism.
