Toledo Industrial Coatings is a family-owned, full-service industrial painting and coating company. We service customers in the manufacturing industry and are looking for an Industrial Painter to join our team.
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to support our project management and accounting workflows. This part-time role is critical for helping the company maintain accurate project budgets and ensuring all financial documentation is organized, up to date and reflected correctly in our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Input receipts, invoices, labor hours, purchase orders and other financial records into the company CRM
- Maintain accurate and organized project budget data across multiple active jobs
- Track and update expense entries in a timely manner
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness prior to entry
- Coordinate with project managers / accounting staff to resolve missing information, discrepancies or unclear documentation
- Perform routine data audits to ensure consistency across systems
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support project tracking
Requirements
- Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred, ideally in construction, industrial services or related fields
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to stay organized, multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of budgets or financial documentation is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems or project tracking software preferred (training provided)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual and professional
Qualifications
- Proven experience with data entry, office administration or clerical roles preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Basic math skills for data verification and calculations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure error-free data management
- Previous office or administrative experience is advantageous
Schedule
- Part-time, 12–16 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling available depending on workload and deadlines
Compensation
- $18 per hour
