- Handle cash transactions with precision and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
- Support sales initiatives by promoting products and services to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients, ensuring high-quality client services.
- Utilize office software and tools to manage customer information and improve service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred but not required.
- Strong typing skills with proficiency in using computers for data entry and communication.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in sales or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
