Are you task oriented, highly organized, passionate about storytelling, social strategy, and helping brands grow online? Told By Fire Media is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our creative team in East Providence, Rhode Island. This is a full-time, in-person position — we’re looking for someone ready to collaborate face-to-face with our production crew and clients. (Remote applicants will not be considered.)

- Plan, create, and schedule content for both company and client accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn, etc.) utilizing Spout Social
- Collaborate daily with our in-house creative and production teams to bring ideas to life
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using native and third-party tools
- Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices
- Support paid social efforts (boosting, targeting, and reporting)
- Utilize brand voice and copy to create engaging captions and applicable CTAs
- Optimize social content for reach, discoverability, and engagement
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to content and campaign strategies
- Create campaigns and graphics for internal marketing efforts
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, coordination, or strategy (internships count!)
- Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and audience engagement
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Klayvio or scheduling platforms
- Creative mindset paired with strong analytical and organizational skills
- A team-first attitude and enthusiasm for in-person collaboration
- The ability to manage numerous tasks on a coordinated schedule
- Familiarity and experience with Sprout Social
- Experience with short-form video editing (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Familiarity with paid social campaigns and analytics (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Interest in social media trends and AI integration
💰 $20–$30/hr, based on experience and responsibilities.
This role offers room to grow into a Social Media Marketing Director position as the agency continues to expand.
