Toland Law is an estate planning, probate, and elder law practice in Hamden, Connecticut. We are seeking a part-time Paralegal (15–20 hours per week) to support our probate and estate planning practice. This role is primarily in-office, with some flexibility for remote work once trained.
You will work directly with the attorney to:
prepare probate and estate planning documents
manage filings and deadlines
communicate with clients
keep matters moving smoothly from start to finish
This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys being part of a small, collaborative firm.
