Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties throughout the restaurant, including tables, floors, kitchen areas, and sanitation stations to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Assist with bussing tables by clearing dishes, utensils, and glassware efficiently and courteously.
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, and trash in accordance with safe lifting practices.
• Support food service operations by setting tables, preparing serving stations, and assisting kitchen staff when needed.
• Ensure proper food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times to maintain health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members through internal communication channels to coordinate tasks smoothly.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, addressing their needs promptly, and creating a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of sanitation, table setting, and food safety protocols.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with safe lifting practices.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve customers efficiently.
• Experience in catering or kitchen operations within the food industry is a plus.
• A proactive attitude with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
