Tokyo Joe's is a fast casual restaurant concept established in 1996 in Denver, Colorado. We cook and serve Healthy Asian Food consisting of Rice and Noodle Bowls as well as Sushi and Salads. Hourly Rate: $17.75 - $20.25/hr with tips ($15.00/hr base rate)
Job Duties
- Lead the restaurant during a shift and create a great guest experience
- Delegate responsibilities to your team and make sure they are exceeding the expectations of each guest
- Becomes an expert in each area of the restaurant
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensure proper set up and breakdown of the entire restaurant including dining room, restrooms, kitchen and prep areas
- Work a variety of shifts
- Develop team members into future leaders
- Recognizes team members for a job well done
- Creates a fun work environment
- Must be punctual as your team looks to you for direction
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent guest service skills, ability to communicate efficiently to help keep all team members informed of new initiatives and changes
- Driven to one day run your own restaurant
- Ability to work nights, weekend and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age, or 21 when required by alcohol laws
EXPERIENCE
- Previous management or leadership experience required
- Customer service experience preferred, preferably in a restaurant environment
