Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage overall operations under the guidance of the General Manager
- Purchasing, inventory control, budgeting, maintaining costs, controlling, labor, training, scheduling, safety and sanitation
- Ensuring an excellent guest experience
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least one years of Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, restaurant environment
- Proven leadership and time management skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
