Job Overview
As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dining area, ensuring that our guests have a pleasant experience. You will work closely with the serving staff to provide exceptional service by efficiently clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and assisting in various tasks throughout the restaurant. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to our high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a tidy dining environment.
• Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, and glassware for incoming guests.
• Assist servers by refilling drinks and delivering food items as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors as necessary.
• Support kitchen staff with food handling and preparation tasks when required.
• Ensure that all dishes are properly cleaned and organized in the kitchen area.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including bussing and catering services, is a plus.
• A background in hospitality or hotel environments can be beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting are essential.
• Must be able to handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining cleanliness standards.
