Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Kitchen Chef to lead culinary operations in a vibrant hospitality environment. Duties

  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment
  • Oversee food production, ensuring dishes are prepared to meet quality standards and customer expectations
  • Manage inventory control and food safety protocols to minimize waste and ensure compliance with health regulations
  • Plan menus that reflect culinary creativity while accommodating dietary restrictions and customer preferences
  • Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision and professionalism
  • Monitor shift management, ensuring timely service and efficient workflow during busy periods
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the kitchen area

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fine dining establishments or similar high-end culinary environments
  • Demonstrated supervising experience with team management responsibilities
  • Strong background in food preparation, food service management, and kitchen operations
  • Knowledge of inventory management, food handling procedures, and food safety regulations
  • Experience in banquet service, catering, or large-scale event planning is highly desirable
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff members
  • Familiarity with menu planning, culinary techniques, and restaurant management practices
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Previous experience in the food industry with a focus on hospitality or restaurant service is preferred

Pay: $22.28 - $26.84 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
