Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
- Assist servers by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and delivering food as needed.
- Ensure that dining areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS is a plus) and basic phone etiquette.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality are essential.
