The Business Engagement team within the Information Technology Department drives alignment between Business & IT areas, utilizing technology to strengthen partnerships while streamlining processes for desirable and viable solutions that meet the functional needs of the company.
Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree, or currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Job Description
The Business Engagement team within the Information Technology Department drives alignment between Business & IT areas, utilizing technology to strengthen partnerships while streamlining processes for desirable and viable solutions that meet the functional needs of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Be an IT liaison to the Business – Primary Contact Point
- Promote clear communication and develop relationships with all relevant stakeholders
- Communicates with business stakeholders to identify new opportunities, enhancements to existing tools and services
- Strive to anticipate additional needs and opportunities
- Works with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) within the impacted area(s) and stakeholder groups to define, clarify, and document functional / non-functional requirements to support development activities
- Ensure business requirements are met through design, quality assurance, and implementation
- Manage the product backlog for Functional Business Domain(s)
- Partner with Architecture on third-party application evaluations by vetting requests and evaluating products/vendors
- Identify pros, cons, issues, obstacles, dependencies, and value associated with features and enhancements with the business
- Knows how to gain trust and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Exhibit active listening, facilitate sessions, and clearly communicate at all levels
