Duties
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to efficiently clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
- Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure all items meet health standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and prep work.
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables and transporting used dishware to the kitchen area.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station and surrounding areas through regular cleaning and sanitation routines.
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of large pots, trays, or boxes of supplies with proper technique.
- Adhere to kitchen health and safety standards, including proper knife skills and safe operation of kitchen equipment.
